KAPA & KRMCA Board of Directors BOARD RETREAT

The KAPA-KRMCA Board of Directors will be holding a Board Retreat on April 18 and 19, 2013 at the Oread Hotel, 1200 Oread Ave., Lawrence, KS.  The associations have hired Rich Drinon, Drinon & Associates; to visit with directors to update our strategic plan.   They will also discuss other issues such as review of our mission statement, operations, succession planning, and much more.  The last time directors reviewed their strategic plan was in 1996. 

THURSDAY - APRIL 18, 2013

Directors will meet from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2013 in the Media Room. There will be lunch and several breaks provided during this block of time.  

The Oread Hotel hosts a "happy hour" from 4-6 p.m. so check out those specials if you are interested. Directors will attend an organized board dinner at 6:00 p.m. in the Five 21 restaurant.  The Cave (bars in the basement) will be open at 9:00 p.m. if interested.

FRIDAY - APRIL 19, 2013

Directors will reconvene on April 19, 2013 with breakfast & business meetings in Gathering Room 1 from 8:00 a.m. to noon.  We may extend this time if needed
