Mr. Post will provide background information and real-life examples of concrete construction challenges and issues that commonly occur on projects.  Roger will discuss strategies he has used to foresee and reduce the potential for problems, as well as strategies to define a reasonable and fair outcome when there are questions about the concrete materials and/or placement meeting the project specifications.
