KAPA-KRMCA Annual Birdie Bash Golf Tournament

(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • Fee includes: golf, golf cart, putting contest fee (19th hole), fantastic prizes, giveaways, refreshments (aka beer cart) and a box lunch.
  • If you do not wish to play golf, but would still like to attend the event to network, please choose this option. This Includes, beverages and a box lunch.
  • If you want to be an event sponsor but don't want to golf nor be a Non-golfer, choose this option. You will have the opportunity to select various sponsor levels.

9:30 a.m. Shotgun Start

In accordance with current Shawnee County Health Department directives and accepted COVID-19 safety practices, the 2020 KAPA-KRMCA Birdie Bash will include the following, subject to change further if conditions warrant:

  • There will NOT be a registration desk for check-in. Registration packets will be in your assigned cart. PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE TOURNAMENT IS REQUIRED.
  • Masks and hand sanitizer will be included in the registration packets.  Per Shawnee County guidance, people in golf carts must wear a mask while riding with anyone outside their household.  When out of the cart and able to social distance, a mask is not necessary.
  • A box lunch will be available to each participant upon completion of their round.
  • There will be no formal group awards meal and ceremony following completion of the round.  Actions will be taken to notify those participants that win raffle and/or door prizes.  
  • Before, during and after the Birdie Bash, all participants are asked to be diligent and courteous in social distancing.


Golf Entry fee: $175.00 per person. Includes golf, golf cart, putting contest fee (19th hole), fantastic prices, giveaways, snacks & refreshments and a box lunch.

Gary Woodland Drive:  $20.00 Per Team to participate,  MUST be paid at time of registration.

Non-Golf Entry fee: $30.00 per person to attend event, includes beverages & box lunch.

PRIZES
Three Flights: 1st place/2nd place/3rd place
Longest Drive/Closest to pin-Par 3/ Closest to pin Second Shot-Par 4/
Longest Putt/Hole-In-One Prize and Putting Contest
RAFFLE PRIZES: 4 green fees to the Topeka Country Club plus a 1/2 hour lesson with local pro Levi Lambing.

Format: 4 person scramble. If you can't find enough players for a foursome, we'll pair you up!    

** Limited to the first 144 paid registrants,   thereafter you will be placed on a waiting list **

Dress Code Notification:  NO JEANS (Proper golf attire for the golf course and practice facility is required for all players)
Raffle Tickets:  (Must be purchased at time of registration)
1 for $5
5 for $20

Prize Donations:
(The Association Office always appreciate member donation items for the raffle.  Some suggestions are golf equipment, gift cards, sports tickets, electronics, coolers, etc. OR if you would like to make a cash donation,  the Association will purchase prizes.   Please send Peggy Hansen-Nagy an email at phansen-nagy@kapa-krmca.org if you would like to donate an item)
