Join the Kansas Aggregate Producers Association – Kansas Ready Mixed Concrete Association for our October Concrete Forum educational series.  Our industry experts will provide the latest, state of the practice information.  Joe Hug, P.E., Technical Services Manager, Monarch Cement, will present on Hot and Cold Concrete. When, why and how to use Concrete Admixtures will be covered by GCP Applied Technologies.

Joe will provide information on concrete mix design considerations, placement strategies, curing and protecting concrete when exposed to extreme hot and cold air temperatures.

Information provided on when, why and how to use admixtures in concrete along with specific technical details associated with the more commonly used admixtures.  Includes discussions of typical concrete construction and placement issues that can be mitigated by use of admixtures.
