52nd Annual KAPA-KRMCA Convention - Trade Show Exhibitor

TRADE SHOW EXHIBITOR

(8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

We are excited to be at a new location this year for our Annual Convention. A location that will allow our exhibitors to be “front and center” during the convention and will also provide exhibitors space to display equipment.

SPACE IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 20 PAID EXHIBITOR REGISTRANTS

Your Exhibitor Fee Registration includes Thursday’s breakfast, lunch and Welcome Night Reception for 2 attendees.  Space allocation is a 6’ Exhibit Table with 2 chairs located in the East Prefunction Area (See Diagram)

For Exhibitors who would like to bring pieces of equipment to display, we have secured the front part of the parking lot directly outside the East Prefunction Area, this area is entirely glass so you can easily see the equipment and attendees also have easy access to going out to view it. We ask Exhibitors to limit their displays to 2 pieces of equipment.

 Table Top Exhibitor w/Equipment Display -  $450
