You are cordially invited to attend the NSSGA 2016 Fall Board Meeting at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz., October 9-12. This beautiful resort provides the perfect setting in the Sonoran Desert and features an impressive array of amenities. We hope that you will make your plans to attend in the next few weeks. The links below will provide you with additional information:

   
·         Meeting Information and Registration - All the details you need to know including travel and registration. The attire throughout the meeting is resort casual (no jacket/ties). Register by Sept. 1 for best pricing! 
   
·         Schedule of Events – We have a full schedule. Check the online schedule as some meeting times have been changed since they were originally posted. The event app will be available for download Sept. 26.
   
·         Travel Details – For information on airport and ground transfers.
   
·         Hotel Guest Room Reservations- The NSSGA room block is starting to fill so please do not delay and make your guest room reservations soon! The NSSGA room block is first-come, first-served with the absolute reservation deadline of Friday, Sept. 10.  

·         Activities – We have our annual golf tournament, a second sporting clays tournament, and more.  

   
·         Spouse Program – We hope your spouse can attend with you as we have quite a few terrific opportunities for memory-making in Arizona. Please pass the Spouse Program and activities info to your spouse for planning and pre-registration. If you prefer that we forward this email to your spouse, please provide their personal email to cmcdowell@nssga.org.
