The KAPA-KRMCA Birdie Bash Committee will hold a planning meeting on March 7, 2013 following our Legislative Luncheon on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m at the Topeka Country Club, 2700 SW Buchanan St., Topeka, KS 66611.

At this meeting we will review the 2012 event as well as review and discuss locations, dates and improvements for the 2013 Kansas Construction Industry Golf Event.
Please make plans to attend our Legislative Luncheon and then just plan to stay to help us plan and organize the 2013 Birdie Bash.
Registration is required for attendance at the Legislative events and it is $50.00 per person. More information about the Legislative Luncheon can be found on our website under events!
The Birdie Bash meeting will be held upstairs immediately following the Legislative Events.

Birdie Bash Committee - This committee assists association staff in the planning and conducting of the Annual Kansas Construction Industry Birdie Bash golf tournament and BBQ Dinner, which supports the Kansas Construction Materials Advancement Fund. This committee usually meets jointly with the KRMCA on the call of the chair.

Committee Charges:
• Assist with the planning and development of the Annual Birdie Bash Golf Tournament and Dinner.
• Assist with promotion of the tournament.
• Assist with gathering sponsors and prizes for the tournament.
• Other items concerning the Birdie Bash as they may appear.
