A site has been selected for the September Sunflower Safety Council Meeting
They are having picnic lunch/meeting at the pavillion that houses Big Brutus in West Mineral, KS.
Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. with the meeting to follow at 1:00 p.m. Price to attend is $12.00 per person. This cost includes access to the exhibits, Big Brutus and a picnic lunch that day. All monies, after expenses, will go to the Holmes Sunflower Safety Council Chapter treasury.
All 4 Board members are asked to arrive between 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. for prep work
and set up.
They are seeking donations from their memebers. Picnic Items such as Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Brats, Buns for both, Drinks, Ice, Paper Products (cups, napkins, plates, forks, spoons, knives, etc.), Condiments (Ketchup, Mustard, Relish), and Side Dishes: examples like Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Macaroni Salad, Chips and Dip, Veggies and Dip, Fruit, and Desserts (cookies, cake, cupcakes, etc.) Equipment needed to borrow for the day: Coolers, Grills, Charcoal, etc.
They are seeking items to raffle off. Something you can donate that they can give to a lucky winner.
